His steadfast dedication to empowering women and youth has left an indelible mark across Kogi, Ekiti, Edo, and Ondo states. Known affectionately as "General" by the youth, his tireless efforts in uniting communities and fostering hope embody the true spirit of leadership.

We also commend Hajia Sefinat Ododo Usman and Governor Ododo Ahmed Usman for their exceptional contributions to the growth and development of Kogi State. Their leadership has exemplified vision, compassion, and a commitment to the welfare of all.
